The Project

The brief was to design a super contemporary kitchen for a very large open plan room that included a substantial island as the hub of the room.

A mirror splashback forms the centre of the long run behind the sink to mimic a window but also offer views into the room when stood at the worktop. The island is all about the cooking but has a raised back behind the hob which forms a TV cabinet on the living room side of the island and is almost entirely clad in Silestone Stellar Negro Quartz.

Extensive Neff appliances make this a cooking and entertaining dream with two Slide&Hide Ovens, Combination Microwave, Coffee Machine, Flexi_induction Hob and Ceiling Mounted Extractor above the island. The sink is a Blanco Silgranint sink and has the latest Quooker Fusion Boiling Tap!
